What the application does
The Rajani E-Solutions seller app is a hosted web dashboard for merchants selling on Amazon. Once a seller authorises the application, it reads their catalogue, inventory, order and shipment data through the Amazon Selling Partner API and presents it as a single working view: what is live, what is running out, what has shipped, and what each product actually earns after cost.
It is built for sellers who are managing a real catalogue across more than one marketplace and have outgrown spreadsheets, but do not want a heavyweight enterprise suite. The interface is deliberately plain: a dashboard, a listing tracker, an inventory and order view, and scheduled reports that arrive without anyone logging in.
Pricing: request a quote
The application is offered on a request-a-quote basis. There is no free plan and no fixed published subscription price. We quote per seller account based on catalogue size, the number of marketplaces connected, and which modules are enabled. Send us your marketplace list and approximate SKU count and we will return a written quote, normally within one business day.
Listing categories and functionalities
The application is listed under the following categories and functionalities. Each one is described in detail in the sections below.
- Listing categories — Listing · Inventory and Order Management · Shipping Solutions · Analytics and Reporting
- Functionalities — Listing · Inventory and Order Management · Shipping Solutions · Analytics and Reporting · Multi-Channel · Ecommerce Solution Connectors
Functionality in detail
Listing
The listing tracker keeps a live record of every offer in the seller's catalogue and reports when something changes or goes wrong. It is the module most sellers open first each morning.
- Catalogue view of all active, inactive and suppressed offers, with SKU, ASIN, title, condition and fulfilment channel
- Listing health monitoring — suppressed, stranded, incomplete and closed listings are surfaced with the reason attached
- Change history per SKU, so an unexpected edit can be traced back to the day it happened
- Missing-attribute detection for offers that are live but incomplete, with the fields that need filling
- Bulk listing updates prepared from a reviewed spreadsheet and submitted through the Selling Partner API feeds
- Email alerts when a listing that was previously selling drops out of active status
Inventory and Order Management
Inventory and orders are handled in one place, because in practice they are the same question asked twice: what is moving, and will there be enough of it next week.
- Consolidated stock position across fulfilment channels, with on-hand, reserved, inbound and unfulfillable quantities
- Inventory planning — days of cover per SKU calculated from recent sales velocity, with reorder point and suggested order quantity
- Low-stock and out-of-stock alerts sent before the offer goes inactive rather than after
- Ageing and slow-mover reporting, so long-term storage exposure is visible in advance
- Order tracking — new, unshipped, partially shipped, shipped and cancelled orders in a single queue with per-order line detail
- Unshipped-order ageing, so nothing sits past its promised ship date unnoticed
- Returns and refund visibility against the original order and SKU
- Daily and weekly order summaries by marketplace, channel and product
Shipping Solutions
Shipment tracking closes the loop between an order being placed and the buyer receiving it, and gives the seller a queue to work through rather than a mailbox to search.
- Shipment queue for merchant-fulfilled orders, ordered by promised ship date
- Confirmation of shipment back to Amazon with carrier, service level and tracking number
- Delivery status monitoring against the promised delivery window, with late and undelivered shipments flagged
- Inbound shipment visibility for stock being sent into Amazon fulfilment centres, including receipt discrepancies
- Per-carrier and per-marketplace shipping performance summaries
- Shipping cost captured per order, so it can be carried into profitability reporting
Analytics and Reporting
Reporting is automated by default. The seller sets the schedule once and the reports arrive; the dashboard is there for the days when a number needs chasing down.
- Dashboard of sales, units, order counts and average order value, by day, week, month and marketplace
- Profitability analysis per product — revenue less Amazon fees, shipping, and the seller's own cost of goods
- Cost-per-product tracking, with landed cost maintained per SKU and applied to every unit sold
- Best and worst performer tables by units, revenue and margin, so range decisions have evidence behind them
- Period-on-period comparison against the previous week, month or year
- Scheduled reports delivered by email as PDF or spreadsheet, daily, weekly or monthly, without anyone logging in
- Threshold alerts for sales drops, margin erosion and unusual order volume
- Export of any view to CSV or Google Sheets for the seller's own further analysis
Multi-Channel
Most of our sellers do not sell only on Amazon. The application is built so that a second or third sales channel is an addition rather than a rebuild.
- A single dashboard covering every connected marketplace and storefront, with per-channel and combined totals
- Consolidated stock position across channels, so the same physical unit is not oversold in two places
- Cross-channel product mapping between differing SKU conventions, held in one master catalogue
- Channel comparison reporting — units, revenue and margin per channel over the same period
- Support for sellers operating across several Amazon regions from one account view
Ecommerce Solution Connectors
The application connects to the systems a seller already runs, so the dashboard reflects the whole business and not just the Amazon slice of it.
- Amazon Selling Partner API — the primary connection, authorised by the seller and revocable at any time
- Shopify — orders, products and inventory, for sellers running their own storefront alongside Amazon
- Other marketplace connectors, including eBay, Etsy, Walmart, OnBuy and TikTok Shop, enabled per seller on request
- Google Sheets — two-way export and import for sellers whose purchasing or accounting process already lives in a spreadsheet
- Email and messaging delivery for scheduled reports and alerts
- Custom connectors to a seller's own ERP, warehouse or accounting system, scoped and quoted separately

How a seller gets started
- 1. Request a quote — tell us your marketplaces and approximate SKU count. We reply with written scope and a quote.
- 2. Authorise the application — the seller connects their selling account through Amazon's own authorisation flow. We never ask for Seller Central credentials, and authorisation can be withdrawn by the seller at any time.
- 3. Initial sync and setup — catalogue, inventory and order history are imported, cost of goods is loaded per SKU, and report schedules and alert thresholds are configured with the seller.
- 4. Go live — the dashboard is in daily use and scheduled reports begin arriving. Support continues for as long as the account is active.

Questions sellers ask
How much does the application cost?
Pricing is quoted per seller account. There is no free plan and no fixed published price, because the work involved differs considerably between a single-marketplace seller with 200 SKUs and a multi-region seller with 20,000. Send your marketplace list and SKU count to contact@rajaniesolutions.com and we will return a written quote. The package prices shown elsewhere on this website apply to bespoke development projects and do not apply to this application.
What access does the application need?
Read access to catalogue, inventory, order, shipment and financial data, and write access for listing and shipment updates where the seller has enabled those modules. Access is granted through Amazon's authorisation flow. We never ask for a Seller Central password.
Can I see it before committing?
Yes. A live demonstration dashboard is available at rajaniesolutions.com/app, and we will walk through the modules relevant to your catalogue on a call before any quote is accepted.
Who builds and supports the application?
Rajani E-Solutions, a development studio based in Delhi, India, working with marketplace sellers and Google Workspace automation. The same team that builds the application answers the support mail.
Ready for a quote?
Send your marketplaces and approximate SKU count. We reply with written scope and a fixed quote, normally within one business day.
